If you have a concern about the quality of your product, please use the contact us page to email us with the product name, batch number, expiry date and the reason you are dissatisfied.
Any quality issues, b balmed will offer a full refund of any product that is returned within 1 month of receipt of purchase.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or accept returns on any used products DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS. Or a simple change of mind.
POSTAGE will not be refunded, and the cost of return postage is at the buyer's expense. So please choose carefully before placing an order.
